ABOUT THE EVENT
November is National Caregivers Month. A time set aside to recognise the important role of caregivers in our community, both family and professional caregivers.
Our retreat theme is "You can't pour from an empty cup." Join us on Saturday, November 13th and our three amazing speakers, Dr. Claudette Fleming, the Executive Director of Age Concern, Kathy Ann Swan the Director of Nursing and Allied Health at the Bermuda College and Keisha Allen-Smith founder of Love and Light Enlightenment. They will touch on how to age successfully, the challenges of caregivers, the resources available to you, self-care tools and more.
This is a FREE virtual event for all.
