FAITH OVER FEAR

You know it is interesting..

Many of us hard workers who have the desire and potential to be our own boss are often held back by our own FEAR. We have known fear as adults and even more since 2020 with recent events. We are scared of starting our dream job or our own business because of the reliance on our current allotted paycheck we just know we will receive every week. Are we really secure with our jobs? Is starting a business riskier financially than your current state of employment? Each of your answers will vary and they should.

Many of us forget about the thousands of people who have been fired or made redundant due to this pandemic since 2020. Or how about the millions in the years before. Many businesses have closed their doors due to a decision the owner had to make that affected the employees. If you are not the decision-maker, your employment can always be at risk.

So for those using the fear of a steady 'reliable' paycheck as an excuse, just remember the risk you're currently taking every day going to work and even doing your best on the job. Think of the risk of starting a business. Weigh your options, do strategic planning, praying and then base your decisions on that vs on fear. Have FAITH in yourself and in your abilities.
