She is a board-certified internal medicine and lifestyle medicine physician who is on a mission to help others live healthier and better. She is an advocate for a whole food plant based diet and enjoys teaching individuals and groups how to incorporate more plant based foods into their diet.

Dr. Judy came to FOCUS for help to launch her 1st ever Plant based Virtual Health Summit in 2020. I held strategic marketing sessions so I can create a iron-tight product launch marketing plan for her summit. We capitalized on the Covid-19 online marketplace by revamping her website and brand, her online presence, developing her Media Kit strategy, created Facebook Ads,  and ultimately launching her summit. I am so proud of her, she met and exceeded her goals, with a SOLD OUT Summit!
