From the BEDC Business Awards 2020: "On Nov 14 the BEDC Awards celebrated the achievements of Bermuda entrepreneurs that were nominated by the public. Although COVID-19 changed how we normally host our awards and events, we were able to welcome 143 viewers to the BEDC Business Awards virtually.

 

Below are the businesses that took home awards:

 

Entrepreneur of the Year: Glam Pop. Also nominated were Asé Naturals & Streakers Spin Studio.

Business of the Year: Gotcha Covered. Also nominated were Beach Boys Ltd. & Northshore Medical.

Most Enterprising Young Entrepreneur: Top Koat Lounge. Also nominated were Ahmani's Cookie Company & Nuture Laiche.

Family Business of the Year: Augustus Funeral Home. Also nominated were Bermuda Sign Painters & Marshalls Maintenance.

New Startup of the Year: Kooking with Kie & Kai. Also nominated were Nature's Gift Hair and Body & Top Koat Lounge.

Vendor of the Year: Vim & Venust. Also nominated were Glam Pop & Zen Crystals BDA.

Covid Resiliency Award: Gotcha Covered. Also nominated were Flower Wall Bermuda & Marshalls Maintenance.

People's Choice Award: Zen Crystals BDA (422 votes) with 1st runner-up Streakers Spin Studio (255 votes) and 2nd runner-up Kooking with Kie & Kai (222 votes).
