Our CEO Kennette Featured Speaker for the 3rd Annual Empowered Women of Social Media yesterday March 2nd on online stream with ZOOM and Facebook broadcasting. She was one of 3 female business owners to speak on this panel focused on empowering women in entrepreneurship, social media to break the bias.

2 of the speakers focused on best practices for  Facebook Advertising and LinkedIn Business Solutions and streaming, while Kennette brought it home as the 3rd speaker to empower the diverse group of women to encourage them to either become entrepreneurs or become successful entrepreneurs and grow their businesses so they can become successful and not have to work in (once again) jobs they may not like and deal with a lot of the bias many of us women deal with. It is sad that in 2022, many women are still getting paid less than men, still being harassed, still don't have pleasant working and HR laws as mothers, are sexually exploited on the job, disrespected and so much more. Kennette has spoken many times about her work experience encountering some of these bias work environments and since she is glad that she started FOCUS Marketing so she can create her own lane and set her own ceilings and avoid #Breakthebias.
